At Iron Systems, we’re expanding our recruitment team to support global hiring across the USA, EMEA, and APAC.
We’re looking for recruiters who can operate beyond one geography and adapt to dynamic hiring needs across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to deployment.
• Hire for EUC & Network L1/L2 roles (Desktop Support, Field Tech, Data Center, etc.).
• Source talent via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, WorkMarket & other channels.
• Build regional talent pipelines & coverage maps.
• Handle rate negotiation, onboarding & joining confirmations.
• Partner with internal teams and clients for fast closures.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting / IT staffing.
• Experience working across multiple geographies (USA / EMEA / APAC) is highly preferred.
• Open to support hiring across regions based on business need.
• Strong understanding of W2, 1099, C2C hiring models (for US).
• Familiarity with IT roles like EUC Tech, Network Support, Field Services.
• Comfortable with night / rotational shifts aligned to global hiring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-region hiring environments.
• Exposure to MSP / Field Services staffing.
• Knowledge of certifications like A+, Network+, CCNA, ITIL.
