Job Summary The Team Leader (Onboarding & Training) will be responsible for leading the end-to-end onboarding process for field engineers across all talent types globally. This role ensures that all new hires meet Iron Systems’ compliance standards, including successful background verification (BGV), completion of required documentation, and mandatory training completion. The position requires strong leadership, process governance, and cross-functional coordination to maintain a compliant and audit-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities 1. Global Onboarding Management
Lead and oversee onboarding operations for field engineers across multiple geographies and employment types (contractors, vendors, and direct hires).
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience while maintaining strict adherence to company policies and regional legal requirements.
Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure timely activation of resources.
2. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all field engineers are compliant, defined as:
