Job Description:
- End-to-end Project Planning and Coordination (Activities and Resources)
- Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables
- Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication and escalation management
- Drive the highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer-referenceable account.
- Issue identification, resolution and stake holder management
- Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports and dashboards
- Partnership with customers and stakeholders with a customer-focused mindset
- Process and Service Improvement and Identification of new business opportunities
- BGV, Compliance, training and onboarding as per customer process
- Timely escalation to internal teams to take necessary actions.
- Timely invoicing, collection of payments, and billing data to be sent on the 1st working day of the month to the customer.
- Daily status reporting to SDM
- Quality control, knowledge management, and Best Practices sharing.
- IT Operations and Service Operation
- Handling Change Request in Project Management
- Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA, PMS
Skillset:
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or related field
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certified
- PMP or Prince 2 certified (good to have)
