Program Coordinator use strong problem-solving and analytical skills to help organizations & improve their programs. A successful Program Analyst should have the following skills and qualifications.

Qualification:

• Firm understanding of industry best practices.
• Strong spreadsheet and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to calculate program management statistics like mathematical averages and percentages.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology.
• Effective communication skills

Skillset Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or similar field
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Project planning and coordination (Activities and Resources).
• Responsible for overall project processes and deliverables.
• Project onboarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication, and escalation management.
• Project kick-off, weekly governance, documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Process and service improvement documentation and tracking action with internal teams.
• Escalate timely to next levels and ensure no slippage of task.
• Daily status reporting to Program Manager
