Job Responsibilities:
End-User and Device Support:
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, RF guns, and mobile devices.
• Provide first-level support for hardware/software issues in office and warehouse environments.
• Use OS imaging tools and manage software/firmware updates.
Network and Infrastructure Maintenance:
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, cabling, and wireless access points.
• Maintain video surveillance systems and perform physical installations (e.g., CAT6, fiber).
• Monitor systems using tools like SolarWinds and ensure secure configurations.
Systems and Application Administration:
• Support Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Dynamics AX.
• Manage endpoint protection, patching, backups, and server configurations.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
Service Management and Compliance:
• Resolve incidents and service requests using tools like ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
• Track inventory, manage vendor repairs, and maintain compliance logs.
• Support security awareness training and enforce IT security best practices.
