Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
Real-world experience supporting desktops, laptops, Zebra printers, hand scanners, and Honeywell VM1 Thor devices (Android- and Windows-based). Perform operating system upgrades and downgrades as required.
Ability to safely lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Proficient in incident management applications such as ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to established SLA requirements.
Install, configure, and support applications based on business and manufacturing requirements.
Support desktop and laptop refresh initiatives as part of end-of-life hardware replacement within manufacturing operations.
Deliver and manage technology consumables for manufacturing plants at the World Headquarters and Spaulding campuses, including keyboards, mice, ethernet cables, monitors, and related accessories.
Ability to train on and strictly adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, ensuring compliance.
Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday during normal business hours to support manufacturing operations at the World Headquarters and Spaulding campuses.
