Responsibilities:
  • Minimum 3-5 Years networking experience with Network Switching, Routing and wireless (depends on type of Network handled )
  • Knowledge on stackable switching,
  • Basic Knowledge onWAN
  • Well versed with IP addressing, Subnetting, VLAN, VRF
  • Knowledge on Routing protocol, RIP, EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
  • Hands on experience with various models of Cisco Switches, Arista, DLINK etc
  • Knowledge about ISP
  • VPN configurations
  • Advanced Troubleshooting and problem resolution skills in working with complex network environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another similar formal Service Management platform and/or methodology
  • Working knowledge of technical configuration management and vulnerability management.

Good Communication Skills
  • Strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Firewall working experience and Scripting knowledge is added advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree—-CCNP or equivalent certification
