Job Description:
Scope of Services
- Monitor production batch environments and computer systems.
- Operate Xerox, Konica, and MICR printers to meet service level agreements.
- Provide first-level Service Desk support to internal associates.
- Document system and job failures accurately.
- Load and manage printing forms, fonts, and signatures
Qualifications
- Ability to resolve or escalate technical issues (Citrix/VDIs, IAM, CyberArk, VPN, PingID/MFA).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
- 2+ years of IT Data Center experience.
- Familiarity with IBM z/OS, Control M, ServiceNow, Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Xerox/Konica/MICR printing systems, FDL/PDL print languages.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent use of computer and phone.
- Extended periods of standing and mobility required throughout the workday.
- Occasional overtime or alternate shift coverage.
