Job Description Role Summary The Associate Director – eLearning Solutions will lead the design, development, and delivery of the Hyper Academy eLearning platform. The role will focus on building a strong learning marketplace, managing course content, and ensuring smooth delivery of field services related to training and digital learning. The candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech industry and a good understanding of online learning platforms, digital courses, and learning management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of the Hyper Academy eLearning platform.
Manage the course marketplace, including onboarding courses and training partners.
Oversee course creation, content quality, and course structure.
Ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and field training services.
Work with internal teams to improve platform features and user experience.
Monitor platform performance and learner engagement.
Develop strategies to grow the learning marketplace and course offerings.
Coordinate with instructors, trainers, and content developers.
Ensure high-quality learning outcomes for users.
Stay updated with the latest trends in EdTech and digital learning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in EdTech, eLearning, or digital learning platforms.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or online education platforms.
Understanding of online course development and training programs.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
