Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and conceptually strong Chemistry Faculty to teach students from Class IX to XII across Foundation and JEE/NEET preparation. The role focuses on building strong fundamentals across Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry and preparing students for competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and engaging Chemistry classes for:
• Foundation (Class IX–X)
• JEE/NEET (Class XI–XII)
- Ensure strong NCERT alignment with focus on concept clarity and application
- Plan and execute academic schedules ensuring timely syllabus completion and revision cycles
- Develop high-quality study materials including DPPs, worksheets, and full-length tests
- Strengthen students' conceptual clarity in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Train students in numerical problem-solving (Physical) and reaction mechanisms (Organic)
- Analyze student performance data and provide targeted feedback and remedial support
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision programs, and student mentorship
- Build early competitive mindset (JEE/NEET)
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc. Chemistry)
- 8–10+ years of experience in Foundation/JEE/NEET coaching
- Strong academic foundation in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry
- Experience with reputed coaching institutes preferred
Skills Required
- Strong command over conceptual Chemistry and application-based learning
- Expertise in JEE/NEET exam pattern and question design
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and build strong fundamentals
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Experience with diverse student groups (rural exposure preferred)
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools / smart boards
- Must be comfortable teaching in both English and Native Punjabi

- Willingness to commute from Amritsar (transport support available)
