Role Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented biology faculty member to teach students from Class IX to XII, covering foundation and NEET preparation. The role focuses on building strong conceptual clarity, developing exam-oriented skills, and mentoring students to achieve competitive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and structured Biology classes for:
• Foundation (Class IX–X)
• NEET (Class XI–XII: Botany & Zoology)
- Ensure strong NCERT alignment with focus on concept clarity and application
- Plan and execute academic schedules with timely syllabus completion and revisions
- Develop high-quality study materials including DPPs, worksheets, and assessments
- Analyze student performance data and provide targeted feedback and remedial support
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision programs, and mentorship sessions
- Build early competitive mindset (Olympiads, NTSE, NEET)
- Collaborate in curriculum development and academic planning
Qualifications & Experience
- M.Sc. in Botany / Zoology / Life Sciences / Biology (PhD preferred)
- 8–10+ years of experience in Foundation/NEET coaching
- Experience with reputed coaching institutes preferred
Skills Required
- Strong command over NCERT Biology (IX–XII)
- Expertise in NEET exam pattern and question design
- Ability to mentor students from foundation to advanced level
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- High accountability and performance-driven mindset
- Must be comfortable teaching in both English and Native Punjabi
